Delivery Information

When you are placing your order on Duka254, you have three options to get your ordered item(s):

1. You can choose to collect the items at our collection point in Nairobi.
2. You can specify where you would like the item delivered within 3 days (usually the next day) if the item can be transported by motorbike.
3. For large items or for shipments to destinations outside Nairobi, you can place your order and then call us to discuss a convenient delivery option and costs.

Please note that if you choose to have the item delivered and the delivery person does not find someone to receive the delivery, then you will need to pay for alternative delivery, or arrange to collect the item, at your cost.
